Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

Change of mind

We accept Change of Mind returns within 30 days if the following conditions are met:

– The product and packaging is unopened and any manufacturer seals have not been broken.

– The product has not been used or damaged

Please note that the return postage costs will have to paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded.

Other returns

A Licetec V-Comb product purchased on can be returned if it was purchased within Australia. For overseas orders, we request the customers to contact us to know the best place to acquire a refund which can be a pharmacy they purchased from or our authorised distributor in that country.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for any major failure in terms of functionality of the product.

Licetec V-Comb will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, refund or repair where:

  • • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • • Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or
  • • The product is unsafe, and
  • • You can present your Licetec V-Comb receipt or other adequate proof of purchase
  • • The product was purchased within 30days of return being claimed

Licetec V-Comb reserves the right to:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

  • • Your original receipt is the best form of proof of purchase
  • • You are not entitled for a refund or an exchange without a proof of purchase
  • • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method

Licetec V-Comb reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Damage during transit:

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be

requested to provide photograph of your item(s) and/or delivery package and a batch number to aid a speedy resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to us, exchange, repair or refund.
